I would like to know if anyone knows if the following patent is the earliest documented invention of its kind: patent US D65364 S for a faucet, typical of kitchen sinks, that mixed both hot and cold water while enabling one spout to swivel between two sinks. Patent filed by Everett Bickley on October 3, 1922. There are no citations. The patent claims ornamental design only, without declaring the ability to swivel between two sinks while the design appears to enable such use. https://www.google.com/patents/USD65364

I have found patent US 1865517 A which is more or less identical but carries more detail on the operation of swiveling, filed for by Nelson Henderson on August 13, 1928. https://www.google.com/patents/US1865517

Neither patent have any citations.

If you are aware of any older patents or documentation of similar devices, I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
