How will the ISP keep a track of all those nodes which have been involved in the internetworking process? A node which has been detached from the wireless network and has moved to another wired/wireless networks needs to have a process defined for its restoration to the original network otherwise it will disturb the Authorisation Authentication and Auditing process of both the networks the sending network and the receiving network as well.

Welcome to Ask Patents. This is not a direct channel to the inventor or owner of a patent. You might find contact information in the record of the case at a USPTO site called Public PAIR. –  George White Jun 27 at 17:30
