I'd like to know what means the molar substitution claim13 &14 say.

According to claim, a) the molar substitution by hydroxyethyl, hydroxypropyl, and dihydroxypropyl is from 0.05 to 10, and

(b) the degree of substitution by methyl and ethyl is from 0 to 2.0 and

(c) the molar ratio of said drug to said β-cyclodextrin derivative is from 1:6 to 4:1, and

(d) the water solubility of said β-cyclodextrin derivative is greater than 1.8 g in 100 ml of water. But claim13 says thatThe composition of claim 12 wherein said molar substitution is from 0.2 to 2. 14. The composition of claim 12 wherein said molar substitution is from about 0.25 to about 1.
