Prior art not cited us6920169 It is unclear which prior art you are referring to. If you would like to put together a Request for Prior Art you can follow the form here: meta.patents.stackexchange.com/q/47/1767 If you wonder whether a specific piece of Prior Art which you have identified is relevant to this patent you would need to provide a reference to the prior art and a description. Closing question as vague/unanswerable but feel free to resubmit with more information. Sorry for the confusion. |

When do file histories for US Patent Applications appear in Public PAIR? George, One observation since your answer and my comment is that apparently the publication number must be EXACTLY copied with spaces and trailing information. For example, another recently published application "US20130110664A1" could not be found on Public PAIR by searching "US20130110664A1", "US 20130110664A1", "US20130110664 A1" or "US 20130110664". I just now needed to use the string "US 20130110664 A1" to retrieve it. |

When do file histories for US Patent Applications appear in Public PAIR? George, Thanks a lot and that's really weird. I just looked this morning for both publication number "US 20130110640 A1" and Application number "13/618,149" and both of them came up unavailable. Now they both return the file history for the subject application. The best explanation I have is that perhaps the USPTO PAIR database was lagging a few days from the publication database released on Tuesday. Thanks for verifying for me; I'll assume it is a database error. |
