Metismo's BedrockMetismo's Bedrock (now webMethods Mobile Designer has been around since at least 2007. It allows the user to build a mobile application in J2ME and Bedrock can generate code in Java, C++, C#, or ActionScript. It has support for compiling into applications, which is then compiled for: a variety of platforms.
