In U.S. patent law is, are things that are inherently dangerous, illegal, hurting the planet, or "immoral" nonetheless patentable?

In a recent case Montasanto sued a farmer over replanting soybeans and reusing their seeds and breeding themIs it clear that no patent should be granted for up to eight generations.

The judges reasons were all valid and I understand Monasanto's justification.

But it's fundamentallysomthing illegal to Patentor dangerous inventions, eg a Safe that's a Bomb.?

If we know these products monopolize our food resources and Bayers products destroy our planets natural mechanism for growing and harvesting food, isn'tSome people think GMO crops hurt the planet in a way that is dangerous to the survival of mankind?

Whats next? the CEOWould it be possible to use this line of Nestle saying that water is not a human right and should be privatisedthought to defend against an infringement suit?

Would it be possible to use this defense to invalidate their Patents? particularly the insecticides? not so much the breeding.
